Step 1: Log into your Kato account
Click on the 'help' icon just above your profile.
Step 2:
You'll be directed to the homepage where you should select 'Share your ideas'.
Step 3:
This will open the feedback widget, and an account will be automatically created for you, saving you the time of setting one up.
Step 4:
To submit your own feedback, all you need to do is select 'create a new post'.
Step 5:
You'll then be prompted to write up your post, describing your request and explaining how it would benefit you and your workflow.
Step 6:
You can view your post within the widget or you can see your post in our live feedback portal here.
Step 7:
Feel free to explore existing feedback and engage with requests you're passionate about. Show your support by liking and commenting on other posts – your feedback helps us understand what matters most to you and what's in demand.
