Prospects

Named demand and target tenants can now be added to your interest schedule. Begin your reporting from the outset of your instruction, before the property is listed on the market, putting you on the front foot to develop and nurture early stage interest.

You can easily add a Prospect in seconds by:

  1. Selecting your interest schedule

  2. Clicking “Add Prospect”

  3. Inputting basic tenant details (no requirement necessary)

This allows you to kick off marketing with tracked demand (for Offices) and brand alignment (for Retail) right away.

Catch Up

Use the Catch-up space to view all recent changes, including status updates, new interest, and comments. This ensures nothing is missed, even with multiple collaborators involved.

Editing Interest

Landlords can now collaborate directly on the Interest Schedule, eliminating the need to wait until marketing meetings to provide input. Agents will see your edits and comments directly.
