Allows you to find matches for your disposals in the click of a button and add them to an interest schedule.

Today, we'll be looking at how easy it can be. We'll cover finding matches, adding them to an interest schedule, managing a match in that schedule, some top tips, and a few frequently asked questions.

Once a disposal has been created, simply navigate to "find matches" to see a list of requirements that match your disposal. If you're looking for something just outside your disposal's parameters, you can add filters based on size range, property type, or sector to get a wider array of matches. Clicking on a requirement brings up a summary page, allowing you to view additional details, enter your own intel on the requirement, and add internal comments for you and your team. You can also view any other disposals matched to that requirement.

Once you've determined which requirements you're interested in, just tick them and add them to your interest schedule, where they'll appear as matched. You can then navigate to the Interest Schedule tab to update and manage the status of your requirement with just a click. Specific workflows are in place for changing statuses and managing the lifecycle of your matches. Clicking into each match allows you to update its status and decide on confidentiality. You can share your interest schedule by exporting an Excel spreadsheet or a Word presentation, and even provide access to the presentation for your landlord or client via email.

Some top tips for the interest schedule: you have the ability to customise the columns in your presentation, giving you full control over the information you include in your report. You can also book viewings in just a few steps, adding comments to the interest schedule for that booking, and specify which agents will be showing the property.

We also have joint agent interest schedules. These allow you to collaborate with external agents, keeping everyone up to date with direct inquiries. Anything highlighted in blue shows what you've shared with the agency, while anything in white remains confidential. This allows you to work on the same schedule without needing to go back and forth, saving time. Joint interest schedules are extremely beneficial, providing more exposure, connection, and reach. You can manage a joint interest schedule in real-time, sharing what you want and keeping confidential what you need.

One useful feature is that an icon will indicate when a joint interest schedule has been merged with a disposal.

Now for a few frequently asked questions:

  • How can I get more matched results? Clear your existing filters to get more results.

  • Why are some fields not pulling through to my report? You'll need to edit your table columns, where you can toggle on or off the information you want to include in your report.

  • Can I keep some matches confidential when sharing my presentation? Yes, you can. Toggle on the hide button to keep specific matches out of the presentation.

  • How do I set up a joint agent schedule? Contact customer support, and they'll take care of it for you.

  • How can I find out which agents or agencies are listed on the joint interest schedule? Navigate to the marketing tab of the property, and at the bottom, you'll see the list of joint agents.
