Here are some frequently asked questions regarding publishing disposals through to EG.
Why is my disposal is showing as POA on EG?
If your disposal is showing as POA on EG, this could be due to the disposal missing the "Rates & Charges" field in the availability tab..
Do I need to have the "Rates & Charges" field completed in order for it to not show as POA?
You will need to have the "Rates & Charges" field completed in order for it to not show as POA. If no price is included then EG's system will show POA as default
Why is my contact number not showing correctly on my EG advert?
The reason your contact number not showing correctly on your EG advert is due to the fact EG hide the real contact number on the front end of their website to prevent spam and to track metrics. If you open another browser window and click "show phone number" you'll see it's always different. If you were to call the number it will go through to the correct one.
How do i add my webpage to my EG PropertyLink profile?
To add your website link to your EG PropertyLink profile you would need to reach out to support@egi.co.uk, they can add this in to your profile for you so that your website is visible to anyone who searches your company profile whilst on EG PropertyLink.

Does EG Radius keep all info from the initial feed / when it was first published?
Unfortunately they do not keep records of the initial feed, they only retain when the record was first sent through (a time stamp) but not the values entered. The values are updated when the record is sent through again and the original ones are not retained.
