Goal

Send a password protected link to your client/applicant to see a live view of their matches. A great way to work through a shortlist of matches remotely or face-to-face.


Why

Allowing clients to view their property matches online aims to enhance the client experience by providing real-time access to tailored property listings. This feature seeks to improve engagement, increase client satisfaction, and streamline the property search process, making it more efficient and convenient.


How to enhance client experience with real-time online property matches

You will require a pre-historic requirement for this workflow or alternatively create a new requirement, 👀 Follow this Guide on how to create a new Requirement!

  • Once you have created your new requirement or clicked into the current requirement we can move onto matching our properties!

Handy Tip: You don't have to publish enquiries to the society to create an acquisition list. Only if you would like to view any possible matches within the Marketplace will this need to be done!


   

Find matching properties

Within the requirement section, navigate to the Find Matches tab to start selecting specific property matches to add to your availability schedule.

You can choose from properties either within your internal database or from those available on the marketplace.

Once you’ve identified your top matches, you can easily move them to either your shortlist or longlist within the schedule, ensuring you have a well-organised selection of properties to present or review.

This process helps streamline your property management and ensures you focus on the best options for your clients.

Sharing your matches in the availability schedule

Once you have found all your property matches, navigate to the Matches tab and select Share Availability Schedules.

This option allows you to generate a client login, providing a unique URL that can be sent to your prospective client.

The URL offers a seamless, professional interface for your client, presenting all the relevant information in an organised and visually appealing format.

With just a few clicks, you can deliver a streamlined, user-friendly experience, making it easy for clients to view the properties you have selected for them.

Before sending the login credentials to your client, you have the option to include a personalised welcome message.

This allows you to set the tone and provide any necessary context for the properties they will be viewing.

Additionally, you can specify the exact information you would like the schedule to display, ensuring the client sees the most relevant and useful details.

This level of customisation enhances the client experience and ensures the shared information is tailored to their needs.
