Q: How do I move pending matches onto your your Interest Schedule without waiting for Tenant reps to approve my request
Answer:
On your Interest Schedule go to your matches to organise panel. On there any match with a 'Request Sent' status is still pending a Tenant Rep to approve.
Click on the 'move to' button which will enable you to move that onto your Interest Schedule into the relevant section.
Now on your report you will notice there is an orange DOT next to the match. It lets you know the Tenant Rep has still not confirmed the match. If they later accept the match this will disappear.
