This flexibility means you can capture opportunities as they arise, rather than being delayed by pending approvals. By highlighting this feature, we aim to help you make the most of Kato’s tools to streamline their workflow and better manage client interests efficiently.
Moving matching requests into your interest schedule
On your Interest Schedule go to your matches to organise panel. On there any match with a 'Request Sent' status is still pending a Tenant Rep to approve.
Click on the 'move to' button which will enable you to move that onto your Interest Schedule into the relevant section.
