Q: How do I organise my matches so I can present my report to a Landlord?

Answer:ย

An Interest Schedule should give your Landlord the entire picture of demand for their available space.

ย
There are 3 main things you need to do to organise your matches:

  1. Select what section they appear on your report

  2. Define what order they should be in

  3. Add notes to provide context to each match

ย
1. Select what section

For pending matches use the 'move to' button:

For active matches you can:
โ€‹ย
a) drag and drop it to a different section, orย

b) click the requirement and change it in the match panel

ย

2. Define what order

By default new matches get added to the top of the section you add them to. However you can easily change the order within that section by dragging and dropping as below

ย

3. Add notes

For each match you will want to include a match note to give you Landlord some commentary on the latest dealings with that prospective tenant and any relevant viewings.

Click on a requirement and on the match panel you will see the notes section:

Once you add these notes and save them they will appear on your Interest Schedule and on your export:
