Why?
Take a look at the bigger picture by running reports on all the requirements your agency is trying to find space for and create a report to show at your internal meetings. You can export your requirements into a spreadsheet.
How?
Head to 'Requirements' on the left
Go to 'All' requirements at the top
Use the 'Filters' on the right to refine what you're looking for (e.g. requirements who are trying to find office space, to let over 2000 sq ft)
Click the ... (three dots) on the top right hand side then 'Download'
Here you can choose to download as a spreadsheet or document:
Success - you just exported a report of your agencies requirements!
