Goal

To help you effectively track tenant interest and manage the progression of property requirements through each stage, using the match schedule to monitor and capture key moments in the tenant journey.

Why

By capturing Discounted Reasons at the point interest ceases, agents can gain valuable insights into the patterns and stages where deals typically fall through, allowing for more informed decision-making and strategic adjustments to better meet tenant needs.

What are Discounted Matches?

As your tenants interest on a property progresses the requirement's match schedule enables you to track this.

Typically we want to see a progression from initial enquiry ⇢ viewings ⇢ negotiations ⇢ deal. However, at certain points prospective tenants interest in the properties you have matched to them will cease, it's at this point we capture the Discounted Reason.

Discounting matches helps you better understand what stage your enquiries got to and start to see trends on why deals aren't progressing.

Example Discounted Reasons...

Too Expensive. Wrong Location. Couldn't Agree Terms. Completed Elsewhere.
