Match Disposals and Society Disposals with your clients' specific requirements.
Why
When you first publish your requirement there is likely already existing disposals on the Society that match what your client is looking for.
Don't wait for new disposals to be circulated, search and match existing disposals to your Match List straight away.
Helpful Tip: If your Requirement is not published to the Society, you will need to publish it first!
How to identify the perfect matches for your disposals
Once you have created a new requirement or selected an existing one, you can begin finding suitable matches to report back to your clients.
To get started, navigate to the Find Matches tab within your requirement. Here, any matches that meet your specified criteria will automatically appear.
This will display internal matches, and by using the separate Society tab, you can view marketplace options that may also be suitable to add to your Availability Schedule.
You can refine your selected criteria by using our Size Range and Criteria Drop-downs.
Not seeing matches?
Try widening your search area or changing your criteria from the 'filters' drop down to find additional results.
Identifying and Managing Suitable Property Matches:
Once you have identified suitable matches, you can immediately add them to your Availability Schedule found in your "Matches" tab.
From this point, you can manage the disposal by updating its status within the availability schedule throughout its life cycle. Alternatively, if the match is no longer relevant to your client, you can discount it accordingly!
