Having troubles publishing your disposal or acquisition to the society or is it still showing as not published? Its likely you have not met the publishing criteria which will prevent you from doing so! The steps below will help resolve these issues for you.
Publishing a disposal or requirement - key things to check
Step 1 - property types:
You must have at least one property type to be able to publish to any society. However, your property type must also relate to the sector of society that you are trying to publish to and you can layer these to best describe your disposal too! For example:
West End Society - must include 'office' property type
City Agents Society - must include 'office' property type
Office Agents Society - must include 'office' property type
Industrial Agents Society - must include an industrial property type
Step 2 - location:
Depending on your society, they may only cover certain boundaries of the UK. Below is the boundaries for the current societies we host on our platform:
West End Society:
Battersea Borough | St. James’s Vauxhall |
City Agents Society:
City Southern | City Canary Wharf |
Office Agents Society:

Step 3 - required fields:
For a disposal, we will flag any required fields yet to be completed to be able to publish. These include, Service Charge & Rates Payable.
We do like to flag desired fields we would like you to complete - these are to ensure your disposal has the highest level of detail to make you stand out from other agents!
