Manage disposals with multiple floors or units

Defining your floors and units:

Adding or updating availability for your disposal is easy! Steps are as follows:

  1. Head to your disposals on the left

  2. Use the search bar to look up the property address

  3. Hover over the property you want to edit and click 'Manage'

  4. Go to the availability page at the top

  5. If you are adding new floors, go to 'Define the Space' and start adding your floors

  6. Specify the floor type, size and the status (available, LET, etc)

  7. Further manage these floors and units by clicking the pencil icon on the right hand side of the floor.

  8. Here you can further define the space, add rates and charges etc.

Logging a transaction for specific floors and units:

  1. Update the floor 'status'

  2. This will prompt you to add in additional transaction information such as Tenant info, and Headline Details.

These changes will now automatically update on your society listing, your website, property portals you've published to, Radius, and microsites.
