Helpful pointers to producing quality client reports

Goal

To provide you with effective guides for using PowerPoint match exports, enabling you to present property options in a polished, professional manner that enhances client confidence.

Why

Tips on maximising the potential of PowerPoint exports, allowing you to deliver impressive, client-ready presentations effortlessly.


Configure the PowerPoint download

When you select to download your matches you can choose the PowerPoint format, from there you can configure what image to use on your front page, what layouts to include for the property slides and also what extra info to include.

Example export options:

Options you can configure:

  • Property layout: for each property what slide layout(s) do you want to export

    • If you select both then you report would have 2 slides for each property

    • This is useful when trying to decide the best layout for each property

  • Include brochure: include or exclude a marketing brochure link

    • You'd usually not include a brochure link if you're not instructed yet

  • Include helper slides: Add's a few how-to slides to the start of the export to give you a helping hand

  • Select front page image: Choose the image you want to appear on the front of your export


Slides - front cover

This slide consists of:

  • The image you chose in the configuration panel

  • Your logo and primary colour

  • Report title of "Availability Schedule"

  • Todays date


Slides - map of options

This slide consists of:

  • A list of the property matches from your report

  • Ordered by what you set the order to be [editable via board view]

  • You get up to 24 on the map before we add a second slide of mapped properties


Slides - property layout 1

This slide consists of:

  • Top:

    • Map marker with number (to reference the map)

    • Property address

    • Your logo

  • Left column:

    • Overview table

      • Consists of the rent, rates & charges

      • If they are missing you can fill them in yourself like this

    • Details bullet points

      • Lease type, terms, key points and specifications

      • Your comments: if you've added a comment of this property it appears at the bottom of the bullet list

      • Brochure download: if you've decided to include brochure links they then appear in the bottom of the bullet list

  • Right column:

    • 2 image slots

      • Slot 1: First image for that property

      • Slot 2: Image of the floor plan (if has one) else it uses the properties second image

    • Accommodation table:

      • Displays the available space in a table

      • If no floor / units are defined on the property we'll still display one row that uses the headline information

This slide consists of:

  • Top:

    • Map marker with number (to reference the map)

    • Property address

    • Your logo

  • Left column:

    • Overview table

      • Consists of the rent, rates & charges

      • If they are missing you can fill them in yourself like this

    • Details bullet points

      • Lease type, terms, key points and specifications

      • Your comments: if you've added a comment of this property it appears at the bottom of the bullet list

      • Brochure download: if you've decided to include brochure links they then appear in the bottom of the bullet list

  • Right column:

    • 3 image slots

      • Slot 1: First image for that property

      • Slot 2: Second image for that property

      • Slot 3: Third image for that property
