Let's take a deeper-dive...

We've pulled together a couple of guides on how best to use the PowerPoint match exports to make you look best in front of your clients.

Jump to sections here:

Configure the PowerPoint download

When you select to download your matches you can choose the PowerPoint format, from there you can configure what image to use on your front page, what layouts to include for the property slides and also what extra info to include.

Example export slides (click to enlarge):

Example export options:

Options you can configure:

  • Property layout: for each property what slide layout(s) do you want to export

    • If you select both then you report would have 2 slides for each property

    • This is useful when trying to decide the best layout for each property

  • Include brochure: include or exclude a marketing brochure link

    • You'd usually not include a brochure link if you're not instructed yet

  • Include helper slides: Add's a few how-to slides to the start of the export to give you a helping hand

  • Select front page image: Choose the image you want to appear on the front of your export
