Stay on top of upcoming un-publishing dates, allowing you to either extend, update, or archive listings as needed to provide a seamless client experience.
Disposals due to be unpublished
Disposals will flag as 'due to be unpublished' when they haven't been updated for more that 60 days or don't meet the minimum quality bar set by the society (we'll email you reminders too).
To resolve the issues simply click 'Resolve here' and click into each disposal to confirm the details. Below you can see how easy it is to confirm the information, all from one page.
Handy Tip: It only takes a few clicks to re-instate a listing if it's been auto-unpublished.

Acquisitions due to be unpublished
Acquisitions will flag as 'due to be unpublished' when they haven't been updated for more that 60 days or don't meet the minimum quality bar set by the society.
To resolve the issues simply click 'Resolve here' and click into each acquisition to confirm the details are still correct. If the requirement is now complete then click archive.
