Why can’t I publish my property to the society?

The societies require your properties and acquisitions to fit a specific criteria in order to be published. If you can't publish, then the first things you want to check are:

  1. Does my property / acquisition fit into the society boundary?

  2. Is it a property type accepted by this society?

  3. Are the Agents assigned to the property part of this society? (If they're not, they won't be able to publish it!)

If you still can't publish then reach out to us and we can investigate why.

What property types do the societies accept?

The City Agents Club, West End Agents Society and Office Agents Society accept Office properties only. The Industrial Agent Society accepts Industrial properties only. Retail and Leisure Agents Society accepts Retail/Leisure properties

you have the ability to filter out emails and focus only on the ones that matter to you. In the "Preferences" section of your account, you can apply filters based on criteria such as email size, location, and tenure. This allows you to customise your email notifications and receive information that is relevant to your interests.
