West End Society

West End Agents Society membership is £100 +VAT annually. The yearly billing period is from 1st April - 31st March the following year. If you are joining part way through the billing year, your membership cost will be prorated to reflect this.

The submarkets WEAS cover as part of your membership:


City Agents Society

City Agents Society membership is £100 +VAT annually. The yearly billing period is from 1st April - 31st March the following year. If you are joining part way through the billing year, your membership cost will be prorated to reflect this.

The submarkets CAS cover as part of your membership:


Office Agents Society

City Agents Society membership is £80 +VAT annually. The yearly billing period is from 1st April - 31st March the following year. If you are joining part way through the billing year, your membership cost will be prorated to reflect this.

This is a National society and covers the South East (excluding Central London boundaries covered by WEAS and CAS) and the rest of the country.


Industrial Agents Society

Industrial Agents Society membership is broken down into 2 types:

  1. Agent membership: open to those that give advice to clients on logistics and industrial property with a focus on disposal and acquisition of property for a range of clients which result in the payment of a fee for leasing, purchaser or selling property controlled or owned by a third party / client. £75+VAT/year

  2. Client Membership: open to a person, persons or organisation that receives a service from an Agent Member in return for payment in the sale or letting or other disposal of industrial premises. £55+VAT/year

Billing period is 12 months from the date you join.
