Theres certain account changes that we'll need to action for you on our end. Below will give you examples of what these changes could be and the information we'll need from you to make these amendments.

I need to change my team

If you believe your team is wrong, please provide us with the following details:

  1. Team Name: Please let us know the name of your team.

  2. Team Members: Inform us about the individuals who should be included in your team.

  3. Removal Requests: If there are any team members who need to be removed, kindly let us know their names.

Once we have these details, we will promptly update the information for you. 😊

I'm moving company

To assist you with moving to a new company, please provide us with the following information:

  1. Organisation: Let us know where you are moving from and to.

  2. Moving Date: Inform us about the date of your move.

  3. New Email Address: If you have a new email address associated with your move, please provide it.

Additionally, we will need to know the individual(s) to whom we should reassign your current listings.

Someone has left our company

If you're letting us know that someone has left your company, please provide us with the following details:

  1. Kindly let us know the names of the individuals who have left.

  2. Who their listings should be reassigned.

Change my email address

In order to update your email address, please let us know your current email address and confirm the new email address you would like to use.

Register a new user

If you need to add a new user to your team, please provide the following:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Position

  • Teams

  • Office

  • Profile image (where possible)

Additionally, please confirm which of the following societies they would like access to:

  • West End Agents Society

  • City Agents Club

  • Office Agents Society

  • Industrial Agents Society

A member of the team will then be able to set the user up and will confirm once done.

I cant log in

If you're struggling to log in, please let us know your name, the name of your company. and your email address.

Once we have these details, we will be able to locate your account and send you over a password reset email

Our company is having a rebrand

Thank you for telling us about your re-brand! To update your account, we kindly request the following from you:

  1. Brand Guidelines: Please provide the brand guidelines from your marketing team or designers. These guidelines will help us ensure consistency in representing your brand.

  2. High-Resolution Logo: We would need the highest resolution version of your logo. This will help us maintain the quality of your brand representation.

  3. Transparent Background Logo: Additionally, please provide a version of your logo with a transparent background. This will allow us to seamlessly integrate your logo into various materials.

My account has been suspended

If you can see your account has been suspended, please contact us with your name and organisation and we will look into why this is
