How to resolve

UPRN is required, please contact support to help.

If you're facing challenges with a property address, you can follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Begin by clicking on the "Actions" button located at the top right corner of the screen.

  2. From the dropdown menu that appears, select "Edit Location."

  3. Within the location editing section, you'll find a link labeled 'Trouble with address enter manually?'

  4. Click on this link.

  5. Once on this page, click on the "Locate on map" button.

  6. This action will regenerate the latitude and longitude associated with the property address.

  7. Once you've pressed "Locate on map", click the blue "Update address and close" button located at the bottom right of the screen

  8. Proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Please define when this property is Available to Occupy [availability page]

To specify the availability status of a property for lease, follow these steps:

  1. Start by navigating to the "Availability" tab for the property in question.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you find the section titled "Lease Information."

  3. Within the "Lease Information" section, look for the field labeled "Possession."

  4. You have two options to set the availability status:

    1. If the property is available for immediate occupancy, mark the "Available Now" checkbox.

    2. If the property will be available in a specific month, quarter and / or year, choose the respective options from the dropdown menus.

  5. Once you've set the availability status, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen

  6. Proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Please define the disposal status [availability page]

To define the disposal status, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section labeled "Key Attributes."

  3. Within the "Key Attributes" section, find the "Availability status" field.

  4. Click on the field to reveal a dropdown menu with different status options.

  5. Choose the status that best reflects the current disposal status of the property.

  6. Once you've selected the appropriate status, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Please define the disposal tenure [availability page]

To set the disposal tenure, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the sections titled "Lease Information" and "Sale Information."

  3. Within these sections, you'll find toggles for different disposal tenures.

  4. Toggle on the relevant disposal tenure according to your needs.

  5. Note: If needed, you can set the property for both "To Lot" and "For Sale" by turning on both toggles.

  6. Once you've selected the appropriate disposal tenure(s), click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen

  7. Proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Please assign a user and team to this property [management page]

To link a user and team to a property, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Management" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you find the section labeled "Assigned Users & Teams."

  3. In the "Acting Agents" field, assign the agent(s) from your company who are working on this property.

  4. In the "Teams" field, assign the team(s) from your company responsible for this property.

  5. Once you've filled in the relevant details, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen

  6. Proceed to publish the updated information to Radius again.

Lease type is required e.g. New or Sublease [availability page]

To specify the Lease Type for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Start by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you come to the section titled "Lease Information."

  3. Within this section, you'll find the "Lease Type" field.

  4. Click on the field to reveal a dropdown menu featuring various lease type options.

  5. Select the relevant lease type from the available options.

  6. After you've chosen the appropriate lease type, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen

  7. Proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

A landlord is required to be stored against this disposal [management page]

To link a landlord to a property, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Management" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section labeled "Associated Contacts."

  3. Click the "Add Contact / Company" button within this section.

  4. Select "Landlord" from the available options in the dropdown menu.

  5. Choose "Contact" or "Company" based on the type of record you wish to associate with the property.

  6. You can either search for an existing record or create a new one if the relevant details are not in your database.

  7. After the landlord has been successfully added to the property, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Rent is required unless you tick ROA next to the rent field [availability page]

To store the rent information for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Availability" tab for the property.

  3. In the "Lease Information" section:

    1. Either input the rent value in the "Rent from / to" field.

    2. Alternatively, check the box that says "Display as 'Rent On Application'" if applicable.

  4. After adding the rent details, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen

  5. Proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Rent metric is required [availability page]

To accurately document the rent metric for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Start by navigating to the "Availability" tab for the property.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section labeled "Lease Information."

  3. In the "Lease Information" section:

    1. Find the "Rent from / to" field.

    2. Next to this field, you'll see a dropdown box where the Rent Metric is stored.

  4. Click on the dropdown box to reveal the available options for the Rent Metric.

  5. Choose the relevant Rent Metric that best suits this particular property.

  6. Once you've selected the appropriate Rent Metric, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen

  7. Proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Rates Payable is required [availability page]

To include the Rates Payable information for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section titled "Rates & Charges."

  3. In the "Rates & Charges" section:

    1. Find the "Rates Payable" field.

    2. Enter the applicable value in this field.

  4. After entering the Rates Payable value, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  5. Once you've saved the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Rates Payable metric is required [availability page]

To define the Rates Payable Metric for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section labeled "Rates & Charges."

  3. In the "Rates & Charges" section:

  4. Next to the "Rates Payable" field, you'll see a dropdown menu named "Rates Payable Metric.

    1. Click on the dropdown menu to view the available metric options.

    2. Choose the relevant metric that aligns with the property's rates payable.

  5. After selecting the appropriate metric, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  6. Once you've saved the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Service Charge is required [availability page]

To incorporate a Service Charge for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Start by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you find the section titled "Rates & Charges."

  3. In the "Rates & Charges" section:

    1. Find the "Service Charge" field.

    2. Enter the relevant value in this field.

  4. After inputting the Service Charge value, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  5. Once you've saved the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Service Charge metric is required [availability page]

To define the Service Charge Metric for a property, follow these straightforward steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section labeled "Rates & Charges."

  3. In the "Rates & Charges" section:

    1. Next to the "Service Charge" field, you'll see a dropdown menu named "Service Charge Metric."

  4. Click on the dropdown menu to view the available metric options.

  5. Choose the relevant metric that aligns with the property's service charge.

  6. After selecting the appropriate metric, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  7. Once you've saved the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Lease length (months) are required [availability page]

To store the lease duration in months for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section labeled "Lease Information."

  3. In the "Lease Information" section:

    1. Locate the "Lease Length" field.

  4. Ensure that the month box within the "Lease Length" field contains the accurate number of months corresponding to the lease duration.

  5. Click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  6. After saving the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Lease length (years) are required [availability page]

To store the lease length in years for a property, you can follow these steps:

  1. Start by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you find the section labeled "Lease Information."

  3. Within the "Lease Information" section:

    1. Look for the "Lease Length" field.

  4. Ensure that the years box within the "Lease Length" field contains the accurate number of years representing the lease duration.

  5. Click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  6. After saving the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Sale type is required e.g. Freehold [availability page]

To specify the Sale Type for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Start by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you come to the section titled "Sales Information."

  3. Within this section, you'll find the "Sale Type" field.

  4. Click on the field to reveal a dropdown menu featuring various sale type options.

  5. Select the relevant sale type from the available options.

  6. After you've chosen the appropriate sale type, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen

  7. Proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Price is required unless you tick POA next to the Sale field [availability page]

To store the price information for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Availability" tab for the property.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you find the section labeled "Sales Information."

  3. In the "Sales Information" section:

    1. Either input the price value in the "Price" field.

    2. Alternatively, check the box that says "Display as 'Price On Application'" if applicable.

  4. After adding the price details, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen

  5. Proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Remaining lease length is required when sale type is Long Leasehold [availability page]

To store the remaining lease length for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section labeled "Sales Information."

  3. In the "Sales Information" section:

    1. Locate the "Remaining Lease Length" month / year fields.

  4. Ensure that the month / year box within the "Remaining Lease Length" field contains the accurate number of months or years corresponding to the lease duration.

  5. Click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  6. After saving the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Passing rent is required [availability page]

To store the tenancy passing rent for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section labeled "Sales Information."

  3. In the "Tenancy Details" section:

    1. Locate the "Tenancy Passing Rent" field.

  4. Enter the value for "Tenancy Passing Rent".

  5. Click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  6. After saving the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

To store the tenancy passing rent metric for a property, follow these steps:

  5. Choose the relevant Rent Metric that best suits this particular property.

  6. Once you've selected the appropriate Rent Metric, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  7. After saving the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Tenancy status is required [availability page]

To store the tenancy status for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section labeled "Sales Information."

  3. In the "Tenancy Details" section:

    1. Locate the "Tenancy Status" field.

  4. Using the radio select options, choose the Tenancy Status that best suits this property.

  5. Click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  6. After saving the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

A non-investment property type is required [availability page]

To define the property type, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section labeled "Key Attributes."

  3. Within the "Key Attributes" section, find the "Property Types" field.

  4. Click on the field to reveal a dropdown menu with different type options.

  5. Choose the type(s) that best reflects the type of the property.

  6. Once you've selected the appropriate type, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen

  7. Proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Please define the available space [availability page]

To accurately define the size of a property, you can follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you find the section titled "Define the Space."

  3. Within the "Define the Space" section:

    1. Look for the "Min Size" and "Max Size" fields

  4. To define the size:

    1. Enter the size value as either a single size (by putting the same size in both Min and Max boxes)

    2. Or you can use the "Min" and "Max" boxes to specify a size range by entering different values

  5. After specifying the size, proceed to save the changes.

  6. Click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  7. Once changes are saved, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

A non-investment property type is required across all floor units [availability page > floor unit]

To designate the property type for individual floors or units, follow these steps:

  1. Start by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you find the section labeled "Define the Space."

  3. Check the "Property Type" column to identify any floors or units without an assigned property type.

  4. Click on the floor or unit that requires an update.

  5. A side panel specific to that floor or unit will open.

  6. Within the first section titled "Floor / Unit," find the "Property Type" field.

  7. Click the drop-down menu next to the "Property Type" field to view available options.

  8. Select the most suitable property type for that floor or unit.

  9. Press the blue "Save" button located at the bottom right-hand side of the side panel.

  10. Continue this process for each floor or unit that requires a property type assignment.

  11. Once all property types are assigned, click the blue "Save Changes" banner at the bottom of the screen.

  12. After saving the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Available size is required across all floor units [availability page > floor unit]

To add a size to individual floors or units, follow these steps:

  1. Start by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you find the section labeled "Define the Space."

  3. Check the "Size" column to identify any floors or units without an size.

  4. Click on the floor or unit that requires an update.

  5. A side panel specific to that floor or unit will open.

  6. Within the second section titled "Size" find the "Size" field.

  7. Enter the size value.

  8. Press the blue "Save" button located at the bottom right-hand side of the side panel.

  9. Continue this process for each floor or unit that requires a size.

  10. Once all sizes are entered, click the blue "Save Changes" banner at the bottom of the screen.

  11. After saving the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Tenancy passing rent is required if investment [availability page]

To store the tenancy passing rent for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section labeled "Sales Information."

  3. In the "Tenancy Details" section:

    1. Locate the "Tenancy Passing Rent" field.

  4. Enter the value for "Tenancy Passing Rent".

  5. Click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  6. After saving the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

Tenancy passing rent metric is required if investment [availability page]

To store the tenancy passing rent metric for a property, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Availability" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you reach the section labeled "Sales Information."

  3. In the "Tenancy Details" section:

    1. Locate the "Tenancy Passing Rent" field.

  4. Next to the "Tenancy Passing Rent" field is the "Tenancy Passing Rent Metric" drop down

  5. Choose the relevant Rent Metric that best suits this particular property.

  6. Once you've selected the appropriate Rent Metric, click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  7. After saving the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.

On market date is required [management page]

To add the On Market Date to a property, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Management" tab.

  2. Scroll down within the tab until you find the section labeled "Advanced Property Attributes."

  3. In the "On Market Date" field, click the date that best suits the On Market Date of this property.

  4. Click the blue "Save Changes" banner located at the bottom of the screen.

  5. After saving the changes, proceed to publish the updated information to Radius.
