Key Validation:
Transaction Date – Must be after onMarketDate
On Market Date – Must be before TransactionDate
Rent per annum – We don’t accept rent when less than £500 per annum
Rent psf – We don’t accept rent when its over £1000 per sq ft. And we only accept £1 per sq ft and below if Industrial is the primary use type
Price – We don’t accept price under £500
