Goal
To enable users to consolidate individual disposal listings by adding scheme listings to Kato, providing a unified view of all associated units within a single property.
Why?
This makes it easier to manage, market, and track the performance of multiple disposals within the same scheme.
Adding a Top Level Scheme
Create a Scheme Listing within your Disposals Tab as shown below;
Once you have created your Disposal and added all your Availability details, Media and Marketing Details - Head over to the "Management Tab"
Start Searching for your "Child" Schemes to add to your Top Level Scheme within the Management Tab as shown below;
Helpful Information: This is a standard Disposal. To convert this to a top level scheme:
The disposal cannot be published anywhere. Check and un-publish here
The disposal cannot have existing floor units. Check & Delete them here
Cannot have an existing top level scheme (Remove above if set)
Once you have added all your Disposal to the Scheme, you can view the Top Level Scheme and all the Disposals within them;
You can keep adding to your Tenancy Schedule where you will be able to maintain and report on at a later stage!
