Once you have published the transaction to EG Radius, any of the information listed below that exists on Kato will be transferred to EG Radius.

Setting the toggle to Off will keep the transaction details private to you and your organisation within EG Radius.

Setting the toggle to On will make the information visible within the EG Radius data exchange, allowing other organisations to see the contents of the deal.

I have published transaction to EG Radius through Kato, how long will it take the Rankings to update?

You can expect to see the results of the transactions you published to EG Radius update the Rankings within a couple of hours. EG Radius tend to up-date their Rankings every 2-3 hours.

Can I unpublish from EG Radius?

Unfortunately this is not a feature we have within Kato at the moment however, be sure to pass this onto our support team as feedback.

Can I update the property or transaction details after I initially publish it to EG Radius?

Any changes made to your transaction record after publishing can be pushed through to EG Radius by selecting "update".
