A. Be sure to update your listing however this could be due to how frequently your web team pick up and reflect our updates. Our XML updates every hour on the hour.
Q. I created a new property, but a microsite isn't able to be published?
A. Try un-publishing and re-publishing to see if this perhaps pulls through as expected, if this does not work, it would be best to reach out to our Team on LiveChat or help@kato.app
Q. Am I able to remove the Tube Stations from my Microsite?

Q. Can I upload my own HTML for our PDF's?
A. Unfortunately this is not a feature Kato has as of yet, however we do offer Bespoke templates as well as implement minor amendments to your current design such as Colours & Text, so be sure to reach out to our Team to see how we can assist.
Q. How can I amend what my PDF reflects before publishing?
A. Within your PDF, use the toggles within the template to remove the option of pulling through irrelevant information. Preview before sending off to ensure all pulls through as expected.
Q. Can I publish to Instagram, Linkedin and Facebook through Kato?
A. Kato does not have this functionality as of yet, however be sure to let us know your feedback so we can keep record for future implementation.
Q. Can I amend the Logo on my PDF myself?
A. Kato's Team is able to assist you with this, be sure to reach out to our Team for assistance in changing your Logo.
