To create transparency and consistency in the platform's usage by establishing clear terms and conditions that all users agree to, ensuring all agents operate with the same understanding and standards.

Why?

By having well-defined terms and conditions, the platform fosters a fair and cohesive environment, where every agent is aware of the rules and expectations. This alignment promotes trust, protects users' interests, and contributes to a seamless collaborative experience.


Q. Who owns the data?

Answer: While we own the technology and platform, we do not claim ownership of your data. Contractual provisions are in place to safeguard your data and ensure it remains secure and protected from unauthorised use. There are terms and conditions that users agree to in order to ensure clarity on the platform's rules and maintain alignment among all participating agents.

Q: What support do we offer?

Answer: We have a support team to help via live chat, telephone and a help hub with lots of useful articles on certain workflows.

Q: How do we make money?

Answer: We make our money from your subscription and by offering additional functionality within our platform. So, we take a percentage of your subscription fee but also benefit from upsells if you decide to upgrade to Kato, our CRM system.
