Add properties to your match report

Goal

To streamline the process of reviewing match requests by utilising the system, ensuring efficiency and consistency in evaluating properties and adding them directly to reports.

Why

Reviewing match requests via the system saves considerable time as all of the properties can be reviewed in a consistent format and can be added straight to your reports.


Review in-bound match requests

Inbound match requests from society members can be reviewed via your requirements hub or via the match schedule.

  • The orange icon denotes new inbounds to review

To efficiently manage your requirements, start by opening the Requirement and navigating to the "Inbox" tab. From there, review each property by clicking on it to view the details. Based on your evaluation, you can choose to either add the property to a report, decline it, or request further details.

This streamlined process ensures you can make informed decisions and take the appropriate next steps efficiently.

Via match schedule

  • Click the "Match Requests" tab

  • Now click each property to see the details

  • Either add to report, decline or request further details

Add society availability to your report

If you don't want to wait, or want to see if anything new has come to the market since you first published your acquisition, simply go an 'find matches' and add disposals to the schedule yourself.
