Take a look at the bigger picture by running reports on all the properties your agency is marketing and create a fancy report to show at your internal meetings. You can export your properties into a spreadsheet or a company branded document.

In Kato, navigate to the Disposals tab located on the left-hand side panel.

If you would like to download a report for all disposals, simply select the 'All' option. Alternatively, if you require a more specific report, you can use your saved views to filter and download the data you need.

Once you select the download option, you can further refine the information you would like to report on by choosing the specific columns of data for each disposal.

You can also define the format in which you would like to download the report, either as an Excel or Word document.

If you only require floor unit details, you can choose to download just that information within the report as shown above.

When selecting columns for your report, you can easily drag and drop the chosen information into your preferred layout, ensuring it appears in the desired order when the report is exported!
